Engage & explore

A real-world question, then a quick build in groups of four. The model is the experiment: a ramp, a lever, a habitat, a pump.

2.

Explain & elaborate

Pupils change one variable, record what happens and explain the pattern. Vocabulary and the key concept land through the build, not before it.

3.

Evaluate

Rubrics and pupil self-assessment in every lesson. Teacher notes flag common misconceptions and how to stretch or support.

Lessons cover the working scientifically strand and the content areas for each key stage: materials, forces, light, sound, electricity, living things, Earth and space. We map each kit's units against your school's science long-term plan as part of onboarding.

Every class pack from Creative Hut includes a teacher onboarding session. Add a one-day CPD course and we run the first unit with your science lead in the room.
