AI, made physical.
Pupils train a model, then watch a robot act on it and get it wrong. That is where the understanding starts.
LEGO® Education Computer Science & AI is new for 2026 and replaces the SPIKE range. It builds computational thinking, breaking a problem down, spotting the pattern, building it step by step, and extends it to how AI systems learn and why they get things wrong. Available in three bands for Reception to Year 9.

What it is
- Hands-on LEGO models, a dedicated app, and lesson plans mapped to the Computing national curriculum.
- Three key stage bands: Reception to Year 2, Years 3 to 6, and Years 7 to 9.
- Integrated AI literacy: learn to understand AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and prompt them with purpose.
The three bundles.
AI literacy, understood, not just used. The thinking has held since 1980, and it is now written into the 2026 computer science standards.
