Case Study - Foundation of Light eLearning
Sunderland AFC’s Foundation of Light to support their STEAM Education outreach to schools in the North East area through a bespoke eLearning platform developed by Creative Hut. Schools are provided with access to the LEGO® Education SPIKE Prime resources along with the Getting Started with SPIKE Prime eLearning Course. Teachers also have access to a Creative Digital Media course to help make use of podcasting, video production and other digital media skills.
The Foundation of Light have upskilled 120 teachers, via the resources and CPD courses, to inspire students within STEAM education over the course of the first year of the project, which can then be replicated and grown for years to come.
