The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and Schneider Electric work together to get young people from different backgrounds to get involved in STEM and motorsports.

Creative Hut is happy to be a delivery partner in a fun project run by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and paid for by Schneider Electric. The programme's goal is to inspire students and communities that don't have enough resources. The programme includes STEAM, sports, and sustainability.

This programme was part of a bigger effort to teach young people skills that will help them in the future and to promote diversity in motorsports. It had hands-on STEM lessons, real-world energy problems, and even a master class on how to drive fast taught by Formula One racing champion Abbi Pulling.

The purpose of this program was to establish an engaging atmosphere in which local students could learn about STEM topics in enjoyable and practical ways. Creative Hut and Schneider Electric have been very helpful with this.

Our job is to provide useful, purpose-driven STEM education.

Creative Hut worked with the Foundation's educational team and skilled volunteers from Schneider Electric to hold interactive workshops that taught kids about sustainability and innovation in energy and motorsport through robotics, coding, and problem-solving activities. Students looked into problems in the real world while improving important skills like

- Being able to think critically
- Working together and helping each other
- Engineering for design
- Being aware of what's going on around you

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium became a powerful place for learning where young people could see bright futures through these interactive sessions.

Encouraging Diversity in STEM and Motorsports

The programme was part of the F1 DRIVE London initiative, which aims to make motorsport more diverse by creating jobs and apprenticeship opportunities, with a focus on helping women and other groups that aren't well represented. Creative Hut was in charge of making these pathways real by providing fun STEAM activities that show how combining creativity with cutting-edge technology can lead to amazing things.

How Collaborations Affect Things

The best thing about this project was how well the Club, Schneider Electric, and Creative Hut worked together. Throughout the sessions, Schneider Electric, a global leader in automation and energy management, shared its extensive knowledge of sustainability. They also gave Tottenham Hotspur Stadium all of its energy from renewable sources.

Things That Last
This initiative demonstrates Creative Hut's dedication to bridging the gap between community education and practical employment. Children gain knowledge about green energy, technology, and motorsports, which helps to dismantle obstacles, boost self-esteem, and leave a legacy of unrestricted opportunities for all.

Tottenham Hotspur's position as the Premier League's greenest team enhanced the impact of this work and demonstrated what can be achieved when sustainability, education, and sports are combined.

It's been fun to work with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and see how our STEM programmes have helped kids. To give the next generation a chance at a sustainable future, we need to do things like this. We were thrilled to teach critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork through real-world scenarios.
